A Small Team, Not A Big Firm

We are a small team of home buyers led by Nate, and we focus on houses in the Chattanooga area. When you call, you are not reaching a call center or a giant national company. You are reaching people who can look at your situation, give you a straight answer, and actually make a decision.

Here is what we believe. Selling a house should not require spending money you do not have on repairs, or months of strangers walking through your home, or a stack of fees that shrink your check at the closing table. Some houses and some situations are simply better served by a direct sale, and for those, we want to be the easiest phone call you make.

How We Work

We keep it simple and honest. We look at your house, we explain how we arrived at our number, and we put it in writing. If you accept, a licensed local title company handles the paperwork and the money from start to finish, so everything is documented, secure, and done properly. If you do not accept, we part as friends and our number still works if things change.

We never charge you anything, we never pressure you, and we never make you clean or fix a single thing. That is the whole model.
